3. Stakeouts — $85 per hour

Discreet on-site wait for evasive subjects. Perfect for evictions and subpoenas. Photo documentation. 2-hour minimum.

4. Writs / Bank Levies / Wage Garnishments — From $175

Writ of Possession, Writ of Execution, Bank Levy, Wage Garnishment. We prepare paperwork and coordinate with Tarrant County Constable.

5. Unlawful Detainer (Evictions) — Package $195

3-Day Notice to Vacate $45, Citation Service $75, Writ of Possession $125. Full package $195. 24-72 hour turnaround in all JP courts 1-8.

6. Photocopy — From $35

Records retrieval and subpoena photocopy. $0.25 per page after. Scan and email same-day to serve@tarrantdirectserve.com.

7. eFiling — $35 + court fees

Direct filing on eFileTexas for District, County, and JP Courts. We fix rejections free and return conformed copies same day.

8. Physical Filing — $65 + court fees

Walk-in filing at Tim Curry Justice Center and Family Law Center. Fee advance available for law firms.

9. Courier Services — From $45

Same-day legal courier across Tarrant County. Court-to-office, office-to-office. Call 214.444.9887 for dispatch.

10. Courtesy Copy Delivery — $45

Direct delivery to judge’s chambers or opposing counsel with proof of delivery. Required for emergency hearings.
